Google and YouTube data accessed

Our application uses YouTube API Services and, when the channel owner consents, accesses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload scope for uploading videos to the owner's YouTube channel. Basic Google account identity information may be used to confirm that the authorized owner is the intended operator. This application is not offered for access by unrelated users.

Why this data is used

• Verify the account authorized to operate the intended YouTube channel.
• Upload owner-approved videos through the YouTube API, using private-by-default workflows.
• Store minimal upload metadata, such as video identifiers, channel identifiers, statuses, timestamps and progress required for troubleshooting and duplicate-prevention.
• Protect API access and investigate operational failures.

No Google user data is sold, used for ad targeting, or used to build advertising profiles.

Services and limited sharing

Google and YouTube process account authorization and video uploads. Google Apps Script and Google Cloud Run support technical execution. Cloudflare R2 may hold video assets and protected workflow progress information. Access credentials are used only for authorized operations; bearer tokens are not intentionally published or written to application logs.

Google's own handling of personal data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. This information website does not include advertising scripts or analytics trackers; hosting and security services may retain routine request logs.

Retention and security

Video files and operational receipts are retained as necessary for video publishing, operational continuity, and legitimate compliance purposes. Access tokens are temporary and should not be retained as long-term credentials. Stored Google API data is subject to applicable YouTube API Services policies, including update and removal obligations. Our infrastructure uses HTTPS and access restrictions, but no system is entirely risk-free.

Withdrawal, deletion, and correction

The creator can revoke this application's Google access in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents new authorized operations; it does not automatically delete videos already published on YouTube. For requests to inspect, correct, or delete information held by the creator-operated tool, email onechangeuniverse@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable obligations. YouTube-hosted video management remains available in YouTube Studio.

We update this policy when the application's processing materially changes. The revision date above identifies the latest published version.
